Our History

Founded in 2011, KDM began as a small residential concrete contractor while I worked for a larger general contractor.

In 2018, I took a leap of faith and expanded KDM into a full-service commercial and residential concrete company. Starting with restaurant projects and small retail developments, we maintained our roots in residential work for homebuilders and homeowners.

By 2019, we began tackling larger commercial projects, doubling in size thanks to the relationships we built with our clients. The challenges of 2020 with COVID-19 didn’t stop us—we not only survived but continued to grow.

In 2021, we doubled in size again, solidifying our focus on commercial work and adopting our motto: “Do what you say you are going to do.” It’s a simple yet powerful philosophy that drives every decision we make.

While 2022 brought a steadying of volume, it was also a year of cultivating relationships that would set the stage for future growth. 2023 was a record-breaking year, with 120% growth and our team tackling larger, high-volume, high-risk projects.

2024 has been a monumental year for KDM Group. We’ve tripled our staff, moved into our new facility at 932 W. Laskey, Toledo, OH, and positioned ourselves for even greater success. This move has been instrumental in furthering our growth and achieving our full potential.
